Purchase requests start from the site. The comparator puts supplier offers side by side; suppliers can answer from their own portal or import their catalogue. The selected order feeds the site's stock.
Attendance in the field
A poster with a QR code is placed on the site. Crews clock in with their phone, in field mode: the application installs like a mobile app (PWA) and stays usable on site.
Invoicing progress
Progress claims are prepared per work package, from actual progress, and exported to accounting. Quotes are produced as PDFs with your logo.
The client follows the site
A tracking portal gives the end client a view of progress, without calls or reminders. An audit log keeps track of every change.
