An accounting firm does not keep one set of books, it keeps dozens. Generic software often forces you to juggle between client files and leaves Tunisian tax to side spreadsheets. Compta TN was designed the other way round: firm first, Tunisia first.
An isolated workspace per company
Each client company is a file of the firm, with its own data, fiscal year and Tunisian chart of accounts. The accountant switches from one file to another from the company selector, without logging out.
From data entry to financial statements
- Entries, journals and closing
- Customer and supplier invoices, recurring invoices and reminders
- Bank, cash, reconciliation and treasury forecast
- Trial balance, general ledger, balance sheet and income statement
Tunisian tax built in
Returns are pre-filled from the entries: monthly VAT with a breakdown by rate, withholding tax and certificates, employer return. The tool also covers TEJ, e-Fatoora and the tax return package for each fiscal year.
Payroll and client portal
The payroll module computes payslips with CNSS, IRPP and CSS. On the client side, a portal lets them upload their documents; automatic reading (OCR) prepares the draft entry that the accountant checks and validates.
Navigation that follows the job
The menu is organised in two workspaces, Accounting and Management, then by work step: data entry, review, tax, financial statements. It mirrors the order in which a file is actually handled.
