Terms & conditions

Terms of sale and use of our software and services.

Last updated: October 2026

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the sale and use of the software, subscriptions and services offered by STE DEVHOS ("DevHos") to its business customers ("the Customer"). Any order implies acceptance of these terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing in the quote or contract.

2. Services

DevHos provides: access to its software solutions as SaaS (subscription), their configuration and deployment under the Customer's brand, custom development, and training, maintenance and support services. The exact scope of each service is described in the accepted quote.

3. Quotes and orders

Estimates shown on the website, including those of the quote calculator, are indicative. Only a written quote binds DevHos; it is valid for 30 days. The order becomes firm when the quote is signed and, where applicable, the agreed deposit is paid.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are stated excluding tax; VAT and applicable taxes are added. Unless otherwise stated, setup is invoiced half on order and half on go-live, and subscriptions are invoiced in advance, monthly or yearly. Any late payment may lead, after a reminder left unanswered for 15 days, to suspension of access to the service.

5. Subscription term

Subscriptions are concluded for the term stated in the quote, then automatically renewed for identical periods. Either party may terminate in writing with 30 days' notice before the renewal date.

6. Availability and support

DevHos uses reasonable means to ensure the availability, security and regular backup of the services, under a best-efforts obligation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. Support is provided by email, phone or WhatsApp during the hours shown on the website.

7. Customer obligations

The Customer keeps its credentials confidential, is responsible for its users' accounts and for the content it enters, and uses the services in accordance with the law. It provides in good time the information and approvals the project requires.

8. Data

Data entered by the Customer belongs to the Customer. DevHos processes it only to provide the service, never transfers it to third parties and keeps it confidential. When the contract ends, the Customer may obtain an export in a common format for 30 days; the data is then deleted. Processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

DevHos software, its code and documentation remain its exclusive property. The subscription grants the Customer a personal, non-transferable right of use for the term of the contract. Rights to custom developments are set by the corresponding quote.

10. Liability

DevHos's liability is limited to direct, proven damage and capped at the amounts paid by the Customer for the service concerned during the 12 months preceding the event. DevHos is not liable for indirect damage such as loss of revenue or reputation.

11. Termination

In the event of a serious breach by either party not remedied within 30 days of a written notice, the other party may terminate the contract by right, without prejudice to any damages.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. The parties will first seek an amicable solution; failing that, any dispute falls under the competent courts of the registered office of STE DEVHOS.
